Sign In Pin Unavailable

I have had my pin set up on my laptop since I got it, and all of a sudden, it has stopped working. I get a message saying my pin isn't available and to try restarting my laptop. I have tried that and it doesn't work, and I also am unable to turn off my pin or set up facial recognition through settings, as it says they are both unavailable.
