search highlights icon on search bar missing and the search highlights are also missing

Hello I need your help . So recently I no longer recieve the search highlight when I update my windows yesterday it came back but then when I disabled web search by mistake and reactivated it didn't come back. I tried regedit by follwong tenforums steps , I tried local group policy I even tried to reboot my computer. the restore point are non existent sadly . I tried to create a new user and it was succesful however when I disabled again websearch and reactivated it didn't come back so that's obviously an issue with windows or a recent update.my Windows version is Windows 10 22h2 19045.5487 ,
