The "All" and "Web" tabs in the Windows Search menu are missing, any fix?

I've recently reinstalled Windows 11 and noticed that the search bar is missing the "All" and "Web" tabs, which I use frequently.I found a Reddit post discussing this issue, but the only fix mentioned was reinstalling Windows. I've already tried adjusting indexing options, resetting the Windows Search process, and even completely resetting Windows Search, but nothing seems to work.Also, I can't provide pictures for some reason.Is there any fix for this besides reinstalling Windows? Thanks!
