Screen display showing glitches after windows reinstallation

So, I reinstalled Windows and then these glitches appeared on the screen. They weren't there before . I already tried the device adapter solution and setting the screen resolution but they both did not work. This problem intensifies when I try to change my screen resolution to low or high. I hope you will help me find my solution to this problem. -Shalini
