My Laptop screen has these glitches and these vertical lines down the side what do i do?

I'm not sure what i did but out of nowhere my laptop screen started to have glitches on the top of the screen and then vertical line down the screen near the centre which distorts text and images. I figured it was something to do with the display driver so update my display driver, uninstall and reinstall my display driver. Then I rolled back my display driver which by doing so took my display back to the 2000s where there was no night light and i couldn't adjust the brightness of my screen.
