I'm not certain about all that. I see my posts nearly instantaneously
when I post & read through my USENET providers servers. But when I read
from the msnews server, it takes minutes before my post appears there.

And of course, they sometimes disappear soon afterwords from the msnews
server due to censorship, but not from my USENET providers servers.

Microsoft only controls the messages that are posted directly to
"msnews.microsoft.com," not to the countless thousands of USENET servers
which hosts and propagates this group the world wide.
