Removing USB key login from Windows Hello

I am at a loss in trying to resolve an issue with Windows Hello.I am logged in to Windows 11 Pro with my local account, which does not have a password. I recently set up facial recognition to log into websites. However, now when I try to use biometric login, I get a pop up asking for me to insert a USB key. I do not have a USB key as I did not set one up when I began using Hello.I have attempted to remove the PIN from my account settings, but I don't have a password to enter.
