Removing of old computers from Phone Link does not work at the moment?

Today I decided to try this: Remove a device in the Phone Link - Microsoft SupportI signed out on both my computers and the phone.I cleared all in phone's memory.I removed the app from the phone.I did reset for the app in Windows - system - system components (I use the Norwegian version, but I think you understand).Then I activated the app in Windows, installed app on the phone, and after 2 hours I managed to get connected again. It is terrible! And all my old computers still are there.I think this information is connected to some unique ID in the SQL-bases. It seems like I get a new computer
