Get phone backup of lost phone from phone link

My phone recently got stolen and luckily i had connected it to microsoft phone link. I really need my data back and i saw the phone's storage in my windows explorer. The problem is i cant access any of the files there for example my whatsapp backup, it requires my old phone to be connected to phone link to access the storage. Is there a workaround? It's really urgent
