Remove old device from phone link account

My old phone always shows up in the phone link app on my windows 11 PC. I cannot remove it.1. I don't have access to that phone any more so I cannot unlink from there2. There is NO option in the phone link app to remove that device, only "Select" it (which only attempts to connect until it times out and fails).3. I am logged into the phone link app with my MS account4. I have tried logging out of my account in the app then logging back in, but that old phone always returns in the list5.
