Recently repaired laptop, unable to login as only login is administrator and it says it is disabled

I have recently had my Lenovo laptop repaired and upon return the only account to login into was administrator. Whenever I click the sign in button it says “Your account has been disabled. Please see your system administrator”. As I am unable to login, I am unable to access any settings.
