Realtek USB Audio driver causing BSoD every time I turn on my Dell G3

Every time I turn on my Dell G3 15 3500 laptop, I get a BSoD. This started around 3 weeks ago, first being like once a week, and now it's happening every single time, and I have absolutely no idea if anything I did might've caused it. The audio works completely fine. I'm on Windows 11.I've tried reinstalling the driver, and nothing. I usually update my drivers through Dell's website based on my device specifically.
