Realtek Drivers disappeared - Unable to reinstall

Hello,My name is Liam and I have a MSI Katana 15 B13V VGK Laptop with Windows 11, version 24H2 installed on my device.A few days ago I started my laptop without doing anything strange and suddenly my Realtek drivers were gone. So I currently have no way to get sound from my laptop speakers or from my AUX port.I have searched everywhere on the internet for a solution, but I can't find anyone with the same problem as me, and therefore no solution. I have already tried to reinstall the drivers via MSI support, I have tried to look through device magager to see if I could find the Realtek drivers
