I do not have the Realtek Microphone Array option at all in settings

Hi,All of a sudden I cannot use my internal MIC on my MSI laptop. I noticed the driver for the microphone is not there either. I only see the Speakers in the Device manager and nothing for Microphones.I can use external headphones - but not the internal laptop mic.Manufacturer: MSIProduct Name: Prestige 16Evo A13M OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Home 64-bit Ver.24H2(OS build 26100.3194)Please help.
