RDP Session isn't showing all the contents of remote screen

My User is RDP'ing from a laptop with 1920x1080 screen resolution, into her desktop with 3840x1200 screen resolution. On her laptop, she can't see the entire contents of the remote desktop so she opens windows and they can be off screen. It used to be, when you'd connect from a smaller resolution, all windows would snap to the smaller screen. This is how I control my servers. But on her laptop, even though the RDP setting it to use Full Screen, it's leaving those windows outside of her view. What's worse is that she has 2 of these monitors on her Desktop.
