Window inaccessible off-screen in Remote App

We run several applications on servers that the users access through a RemoteApp link on their desktop. These are not full RDP sessions; the user just gets the application in a window on their desktop. When the application pops up a window off-screen, the user can't see it or use the usual tools (Alt-Space, Win+arrow keys) to move it back into position. I can replicate this by opening a RemoteApp session, selecting an option that would pop up a new window and then minimizing that window. The current fix is to notify our help desk and have someone kill the user's session from the server.My firs
