Problems when trying to upgrade from win 10 to win 11

Hello, We have a good amount of computers that supports win 11 and need top be upgraded in my org, but almost all of them failes. I have tried to check setupact and seruperr.log files, and while i was able to fix one computer by removing most of the user profiles, i now have other computers that doesnt seem to report any profile problems in these logs. Can it still be a profile issue? Is this such a big problem when trying to upgrade from win 10?There is still many errors in the logs, but i cannot seem to identify what may be causing nearly every upgrade to fail.
