I am getting an error when trying to upgrade to Win 11. Error 0x80070003 - 0x40008

I have been trying to upgrade to Win 11 for a while and keep getting this error. I am unable to upgrade this computer even though I have the exact same model that I upgraded last year with no issues at all.I have ran the SetUpLogsCollect and the file is here: Win 11 ErrorHere is a screenshot of my drives.
