PIN isn't available.

Turned on my computer and it made me enter my bitlocker recovery key and then said Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again. now I just have a screen that says just a moment and thinks for 3-4 min and goes back to the something happened and your pin isn’t available screen
