I’m stuck in safe mode and u cannot login it tells me something happened and your pin is not available

Im tripping out here I go into safe mode because I keep blue screening so I enter safe mode everything seems fine until it tells me “something happened and your pin isn’t available click to set up your pin again” I click it and it doesn’t work so I enter recovery mode to reset the computer and it tells me “something went wrong could not reset your pc” so now I’m just stuck on this screen I’m very desperate right now please someone answer my question.
