Pc stuck on automatic repair

I’m on windows 11 and I’m unable to reset the pc to complete factory. I’m on the blue screen with access to the options but I cannot reset. I don’t mind re installing everything on there. I’m trying to use cmd and I think there’s corrupted files judging off a few commands I’ve put in but nothing is working. I remember there being a way to boot into safe mode from the pc being off, holding a button or something but I can’t remember
