Automatic Repair Blue Screen Error?

Hi, I’ve been struggling with my PC for a few weeks now. I’ve been stuck with a blue screen loop everytime I turn my PC on. I’ve tried command prompts, enabling safe mode, uninstalling updates, startup repairs, and startup settings. None of the advanced troubleshooting options are working— and even when I try to completely wipe my files on my PC, it just goes back to the same blue screen. I can’t reset or troubleshoot, and my PC will not allow me access to Windows.
