PC restarting instead of shutting down.

Hi,For months now, when I try to shut down my PC or put into hibernation, it shuts down but restarts immediately. I've tried reinstalling windows and turning off auto-start.Can anybody advise me how to resolve this issue?PC is running Windows 11.Thanks,Mark
