Pc monitor help!

Hey folks! Desperately need a help in hand! I currently have a new: OXHOO KP21J Panel PC which is basically a touchscreen pc using windows 10. I’m wandering is there a way to hook up another monitor/screen of some sort to it that I can maybe use the touchscreen functions on too? So basically the pc touchscreen I have to go to another touchscreen monitor of some sort that I can mirror what is on that and use the touch functions too? Or if not just another screen that I can plug into that and basically mirror what is on that?Hope this makes sense!!
