Pasted File Path Not Navigating To Address in Windows 11 File Explorer

When I take a pasted file address and copy it into the address bar in Windows 11 file explorer, it appears then I press enter (as I use to do in Windows 10), but then nothing happens. The pasted address will be deleted and go back to whatever file location I have it open on, but I expect it to go straight to the file location I pasted in after I press enter. It sometimes shows a dropdown box of previous addresses however similar results when I click on them, I will select a dropdown address, the dropdown list will disappear but I will not be navigated to the address and remain on whatever file
