How can go to a path that I've typed (or pasted) into the address bar in file explorer in Windows 11?

This worked in Windows 10 with no difficulty. You could type or paste a path and hit Enter, and the file explorer window would go to that path, but in Windows 11, the path displayed doesn't change when I hit Enter.
