Password help

[Windows 11]

Literally used my laptop not 2 hours ago, worked fine, has fingerprint scanner, which is generally how i log in, when thats being **** i use the PIN, but that hasnt even been working, and ive now put every password ive ever used for anything and apparently none work. I know the first one i tried is the correct one because i used it like a day ago, windows 11 homescreen doesnt even mention what email, and it wont let me reset without a usb drive that i never set up. i need it for assignments due literally in 3 hours and microsoft decided to **** me over
