How do I get on my computer when someone changed the password?

I sent my Windows 11 computer in for hardware repair. When it came back, I used it for a few days using my fingerprint to logon. Then I decided I should change the password. Well, it did not recognize the password. In trying to fix it, I lost the PIN (which I didn't know) and my fingerprint stopped working. When I turn the computer on and use my fingerprint, I get a new screen with the message "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again." When I click on "Set up my PIN", nothing happens. So HELP! How do I get back on my computer. Thank you.
