Passkey QR Codes not displaying in windows 11

Hello, We have recently run into an issue where passkey QR Codes are not showing up in Edge on Windows 11 as opposed to Windows 10. Windows 11 Seems to be pushing this process off to windows security somehow in and after selecting the option "iPhone, iPad, or Android Device", the QR Code does not show up.
