Using passkey to sign-in microsoft account

Hello everyone! I have the next problem:My computer has Windows 10 Pro, without bluetooth adapter. I need to use my mobile to set-up a passkey in my microsoft account ( @hotmail.com ) to log-in without password.In the "Security" section of my "Microsoft Account" I select "Manage how to start session". Next I choose "Face, Fingerprint, PIN or passkey". After that appear a window requesting to insert a USB Security Key, and I don't see "More options" to choose my mobile (iPhone, Android, etc.) to save the passkey.In other computer that I have -with Windows 11 Pro- I can see "More options" to
