Organization even though I am the administrator and have no work or school email on the account.

My computer is blocking me from using certain settings like being able to change my lockscreen. It’s saying it be run by an organization but I am the administrator. It’s also saying that it could be because it’s under a work or school email but it’s not. There isn’t and never has been a work or school emailed used on this pc. What’s going on and how do I fix it?
