New Windows 11 installation requires work or school account but still fails

I just used Windows Media Creation Tool to produce a fresh Windows 11 USB installation image. At the sign in step, I get the message "Let's set things up for your work or school". I want to use my Microsoft account but there is no option that I can find. After several attempts and restarts from the USB, I tried my work account. I enter user ID and password then get the message "Something went wrong. The username looks like it belongs to another organization."I've done fresh installs routinely too many times to count, for both personal and work accounts, but I've never run into this before. I t
