Opened a driver path file by mistake, what happens now?

Hi, I saw there was an error in reliability history: C:\WIndowsSystem32\drivers\LNVDispatcher.exe and I wanted to find out what this was on the web so I typed that into the URL box and it downloaded the driver I think to my downloads. Is this a duplicate and can I safely delete it?I also put the path into file explorer to find the location but it actually opened the driver CMD and it closed straight away.Have I done anything wrong or done any damage to the OS? Will I need to do anything?The error in reliability history hasn't shown since.
