not able to access emails you send me

There is something wrong with the new oulook in that I see there is an email from yuu in the inbox and then it disappears so how am I supposed to see your replies to fix things. there was a response this morning and it vanished. I use Chrome so I tried in Edge and the same thing happened. your email vanishedi take i cannot put my personal email. so what to do? it would be nice to have an icon to open just the mail without the calendat opening as well. If that exits, I guess i'll never find out sincce I can''t read your emails.
