Network, Bluetooth and more adapter drivers not working

Hi there,I'm hoping someone can help me. I recently was trying to Uninstall some programs to clean up my computer since I haven't used these programs in a long time. In the midst of doing this, I was prompted to complete a windows update as well. Since doing this, all of a sudden I have no wifi adapter driver, and hardly anything is working. No wifi, no Bluetooth, no troubleshooters work, no hp support assistant, etc .. everything pops up with "these files have moved or are missing".
