My Small Business 365 account won't let me login to Admin role

I bought 365 Small Business. I am a single business operator on W11 v23h2 . I can login to 365 and see my financial data and payment history. But unable to login as Admin? Even more frustrating, I cant figure who has been established as Admin so I can change. Any suggestions? Thank you
