my sign-in defaults to the request for a PIN skipping the weather & stock data I had on my sign-in page

Until a few days ago, my sign-in page after a start up or reboot had weather and stock data displayed. I had to hit enter to get to the point of using my PIN to log in. Now it defaults to that request for a PIN and skips the data. How do I get that back?
