During a meeting, I plugged in a USB cable to charge my watch, and after that, my Ethernet connection stopped working.I've already tried:Uninstalling and reinstalling the Ethernet driverDisabling and re-enabling the driverAdjusting BIOS settingsUpdating the BIOSInstalling the latest LAN driver for my motherboardNone of this has worked.
