I have been transferring photos and managing files on my Samsung Galaxy phone from my Windows 10 desktop for years, but just since the last Windows 10 update, my phone is charging via cable but is not appearing on This PC in Windows Explorer. This always worked automatically with every phone I've used, and has been working with this phone until now.Allow this PC to access your mobile devices is turned ON.Manage Mobile Devices shows my phone as enabled.
