My PC meets requirements for Windows 11 but it won't let me upgrade. Any ideas as to why?

HI,so i have checked and my PC meets all minimum requirements for upgrading to Windows 11. i am allowed to download windows 11, which i have done. I went through the set up process and when it goes to install i get the following message.Can anyone advise why i cannot upgrade?Thanks,Gary
