My Old Account got hacked

Somehow someone got access to my Microsoft account and changed all the account information, recovery information, and has completely kicked me from my account. Is there any possibility that I can get help recovering my account? The email and phone number have been changed on the account, so I am unable to use any of the available account recovery options.
