My account was hacked into and everything was changed

My account got hacked into and whoever did it changed my email and all the security information in the account. I’ve been trying to talk to an agent to help me because all the online help asks for the email and password and sends the security code to that information, but what do I do when everything is changed and I don’t know any of it. I need help and it’s been a week already since my account was stolen.
