my game progress are saved in my microsoft account how can I use/trasfer it to another account ?

I am a gamer I play DRAGON CITY to save my progress I chose Microsoft about an my facebook account..... but my face book account got deleted accidently ...and in left with only one option which is microsoft my laptop got destroyed so there's no pc for me to use ....and now I have to use my mobile phone to play game..... but the problem comes here in mobile the are two ways to loggin to your acount those ways include facebook and google play But it does not include Microsoft option..... I never got a chance to link game to google play...and I don't have my Facebook account with me...... I reac
