My Dell Desktop PC will not load Windows (Windows 8) - I have tried all the in-built repair tools available - and have had some success but to perform additional repair steps it keeps asking me for the administrator password.Now I dont remember ever setting an admin password but it will not let me pass this step to perform a Refresh/Restore or even open a command prompt.It also will not let me boot from a USB device . I've tried several that contain backups and additional repair tools (ex. Hirens Boot CD) but it will not work. I desperately need this PC up and running again but the double wham
