My account was hacked and it is the exact same as my gmail account even the @gmail.com part. How can i tell if its recieving my gmail emails.

My account was recently hacked and its primary email was changed. I cannot access it in any way and microsoft recovery wont help even though the ip address is clearly very different. My account was created in UK and the hack happened from Russia, so why wont microsoft automatically see this and know somethings very wrong?But my main concern is whether if any emails i receive on my gmail will be sent to the hacked outlook as the email is the same (even the @gmail.com part at the end)?And if so how do i stop it because i dont want them accessing further information?
