Monitor works on extend but out of range on second screen only

I use a 2015 LG monitor (still working wonderfully) and this thing runs in 1366x768Once I accidentally changed resolution to 1920x1080 while using second screen only mode, this happened because I use HDMI to VGA adapter.I tried using low resolution safe mode but it didn't work.
