[COLOR=rgba(215, 218, 220, 1)]I can't remember my PW. I have filled out the form where you put the subject lines of recent emails, the last 4 digits of the CC associated with the account, etc. and I never get a response. There is no way to connect to a person. The virtual agent says "Talk to a person" but then gives me the form again and again. Customer service is nonexistent.[/COLOR]

I don't know what else to do. My PW was saved on my PC and then just magically deleted. What's the point of saving it if Edge updates can just remove vital information like that?
