I can't sign into my Microsoft account after switching my SSD to a new computer i get the following error below.

So switched my SDD to a new computer build and i went to sign into my Xbox account for game pass and it tells me windows hello needs to sync and then kicks me an error saying "something went wrong." so i sign out of Microsoft account on my computer to resign in and i get these errors and i try to contact support and the webpage doesn't load anything along with the get help in setting just goes to a white screen.
