Microsoft Products and Services unable to connect to the internet

A number of days ago I'd accidentally unplugged my computer while it was on, a few days later I turned it on again only to find that the Minecraft launcher presented only errors, I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it, but I was met only with an error "something happened on our end" I tried to clear the cache and cookies of the Microsoft store, which didn't work. I factory reset my computer and the problem persisted.
