Ethernet refuses to use Internet

I am using an Ethernet connection hooked up to a Wi-Fi Extender for a Windows 10 PC. Ordinarily it works, but today it has decided it doesn't want to connect with the Internet. Everything is plugged in, I have reset the router and the Wi-Fi Extender, I have performed a network reset, run commands to flush the DNS cache, reinstalled and rolled back the drivers several times, and the only thing that has even given me a clue at all is running the troubleshooter.
